BellyMystery Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BellyMystery mobile app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What BellyMystery is

BellyMystery is a personal logging and pattern-finding tool. It helps you notice correlations between meals, symptoms, and stool entries you log yourself. BellyMystery is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and does not replace professional medical advice. Any pattern BellyMystery surfaces is offered as something worth discussing with a doctor, never as a diagnosis.

3. Purchases

BellyMystery offers an optional one-time "lifetime unlock" purchase after a free trial period. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' payment terms and refund policies. We do not process payments or handle refunds directly, refund requests should go through the store you purchased from.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log in the App. BellyMystery's pattern-finding is only as useful as the data you provide. You are responsible for deciding what to discuss with a healthcare professional and for any decisions you make based on information from the App.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BellyMystery and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any health-related decisions made based on information the App surfaces.

7. Children's use

The App is intended to be used by a parent or guardian to log information about themselves or a child in their care. The App itself is not directed at children as direct users, see our privacy policy for details.

8. Governing law
